Morocco, the Arabic country of hospitality in the north of Africa. With its cosmopolitan city of Casablanca, the elegant capital of Rabat and the mysterious place of Marrakesh with its dark souqs. The Atlas Mountains with the Berber tribes near the border of Algeria and the famous Sahara desert in the south. Morocco has two faces: the modern, western one in the big cities where McDonald's and Italian fashion rules, and the conservative one in the villages and rural areas where the religion of Islam rules above anything else. Wander through some pictures on this site to see only a very tiny part of these two different Moroccan faces.
